Single tooth cutters

This universal tool of our own brand Varius® has a favourable cost/performance ratio. It is also available with two kinds of coatings.

Many of our single tooth cutters Varius® are also available with STRATUM DLC coating. It consists of an abrasion-resistant carbon layer.

Some of our single tooth cutters Varius® have the high-end multilayer coating STRATUM MS, a CVD diamond layer which distinguishes itself by its especially long lifetime.

Our single tooth cutter Varius® is also available with a left-hand twist, i. e. the workpiece will be pressed downwards while it is being machined.

This tool has a mirror finished polished flute, so the risk of clogging is very low. Thus this tool is ideal for milling extruded acrylic glass.
