With its two cutting edges, this version of our milling cutter Varius® is suitable for working on harder sorts of aluminium and softer ferrous metals.

In addition to universal tools we offer – for an especially efficient machining – extra long triple tooth cutters for foam and a triple tooth cutters for stainless steel with a very short cutting edge.
The four tooth cutters are suitable for machining tempered steel, cast and other sorts of material which are difficult to machine. They are always hard coated.
For highly abrasive materials like GRP or CRP, we offer a whole series of special milling cutters with cross cut, diamond or spiral toothing.
The interrupted cutting edge profile of the roughing cutters with diamond-shaped knurling for quickly breaking the chips is characteristic for these kinds of tools. The especially short chips can be removed then quite quickly.
