Delivery conditionsFor all orders up to 31 kg, placed via the vhf shop, the delivery within Germany, the EU and Switzerland is free of shipping costs. For all other regions attractive shipping rates apply.
The minimum order value amounts to

• € 200 for EU
• € 250 for Switzerland
• € 300 for third party country (except Switzerland).
For smaller net order values we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of
• € 10 for Germany
• € 25 for EU
• € 35 for Switzerland
• € 45 for third party country (except Switzerland).
It is also possible to send the deliveries for an additional charge as express parcel. Just select the appropriate option while ordering.

Additional information about credit card payments
Please note that, in accordance with the EU’s Payment Services Directive (PSD2), credit card payments within the European Union are subject to strong customer authentication since September 14, 2019.
